Every single day there are like 1000 new articles published in the arxiv on ML. What percentage of this is slop, what percentage is already known. Does nobody think is is crazy

    ArXiv is not peer reviewed. When looking into more curated ML articles, I prefer looking into NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR proceedings.
